Reception and Lecture: The Future of Green Infrastructure: Jeffrey L. Bruce
Award-winning landscape architect Jeffrey L. Bruce will speak about emerging green design technologies beginning at 6 p.m. in the auditorium. A reception with pizza will precede the lecture at 5:20 p.m. in the Lightfoot Forum. Part of the ISU Landscape Architecture Lecture Series.

CRP Graduate Student Club Valentine's Day Flower and Bake Sale
The Community and Regional Planning Graduate Student Club will hold a Valentine's Day Flower and Bake Sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, in the foyer outside the College of Design Dean's Office. Short-stem roses and carnations will be available for $3/stem. Other flowers like daisies and alstroemeria will be $2/stem or $5/3 stems. Baked goods will range from $1-$5 depending on package quantity.

Seminar: Tips for Transforming Blackboard into an Active Learning Space
During this meeting, Jeanna Nation, Human Development and Family Studies; and Autumn Cartagena, Liberal Arts and Sciences will share their experiences of utilizing game-based learning and team-based learning approaches to redesign their Blackboard courses to enhance teaching and learning. Tips and lesson learned will be shared and discussed.
