John Kappelman, a paleoanthropologist and professor at the University of Texas at Austin, will discuss the most famous fossil in the world - Lucy, an ancient human ancestor found in Ethiopia in 1974 - and what her bones tell us about our evolutionary history.

A Gathering of Waters: The RÃo Grande, Source to the Seas is a short documentary by Basia Irland focusing on the 1,875 miles of the Rio Grande and its importance to the hundreds of groups who rely on it. The project took 5 years to complete and explores the river's cultural, ecological, and environmental impact on the life of humans and wildlife.
