Performance: Sense and Sensibility
In 18th-century England, the sudden death of Henry Dashwood leaves his daughters financially destitute and socially vulnerable. The sisters -- sensible Elinor and hypersensitive Marianne -- must learn how to weather the ridiculous societal pressures of the time in order to find love and their place in this new world. A charming, new adaptation written by ISU alum Kerry Skram.
Walk-in Argentine Tango
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4-5pm, moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week along with techniques for better dancing. From 5-7pm, the floor is yours for dancing under the guidance of Valerie Williams, and for working with different partners. An intermediate level figure will also be introduced during this time.

Performance: ISU Symphony Orchestra
Jacob Harrison leads the 80-member ISU Symphony Orchestra in a narrated program showcasing the various orchestral instruments and identifying musical motifs in Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture. ISU carillonneur Tin-Shi Tam will also demonstrate and discuss ISU's model carillon as part of this special performance.
