Distinguished Awards Celebration
The university's highest awards are presented at the Distinguished Awards Celebration in the spring each year. Awards given to alumni and friends, through the ISU Alumni Association, include the Distinguished Alumni Award, Honorary Alumni Award and Order of the Knoll Awards. The ceremony and reception following are open to the public.

The Fashion Show
The Fashion Show 2017 is in its 35th year, and is one of the largest student-run fashion shows in the nation. The show will feature more than 150 student-designed garments both on the runway and in mounted exhibitions. This year's theme is "Altered Aspects" and the guest designer is Abasi Rosborough.

Airfield Theater: Kite Picnic and Performance
Sixteen students in architecture Assistant Professor Firat Erdim's spring 2017 "AeroStudio" -- an advanced interdisciplinary option studio -- will fly kites they've designed and fabricated in class at this special event.

CODAC Spring Sale
Biannual sale of work by students in the integrated studio arts and integrated visual arts programs, sponsored by CODAC (College of Design Art Club). Work this year may include ceramics, prints, photos, jewelry, woods and textiles. Most items will range in price from $5 to $150. The sale continues Thursday and Friday, April 27 and 28.

CHS Entrepreneurship Showcase
College of Human Sciences students compete for $1,575 in cash prizes as people from business, industry, and academia judge them on their ideas to start a new business or spruce up an existing one. This year's showcase is from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in the LeBaron Hall lobby area. The awards ceremony will follow at 9 p.m. in the LeBaron Auditorium.
Sale: Outdoor recreation equipment
ISU's Outdoor Recreation Program will be selling used bicycles, canoes, water gear, rock climbing gear and camping gear.
