Walk-In Craft: Tube Cuffs
Upcycle bicycle inner tubes into wearable art. Add patterns and imagery by stamping with white ink. Add snaps and walk out with a "tubular" cuff! Or, for the hardcore bikers, add Velcro instead of snaps and make an ankle cuff that will tether your pant leg while riding.
