EAP: Changes in the workplace
Diana Prizgintas, The Richmond Center, will lead a presentation on dealing with changes in the workplace. All employees are welcome; no advance registration is required. The format will be a 20-25 minute presentation followed by a Q&A session. Topics covered include: dealing with changes in the workplace, stages of change, coping skills, and resources available to employees.

Training: Understanding FMLA
For managers and supervisors wanting to learn more about the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the process at ISU. This session includes: potential FMLA situations; what actions to take; roles of the supervisor, employee and HRS; accurately calculating and tracking how much FMLA time is available to an employee; and more.
Retirement reception: Donna Wilson
Wilson is a secretary in the College of Veterinary Medicine administrative offices, and has been a part of the Vet Med team for 20-plus years.

Gene Deisinger is associate director of the department of public safety; Maureen Deisinger is a program coordinator in the Study Abroad Center. A short program will begin at 2 p.m.
Poster session: BioMaP Research Experience for Undergraduates
Fifteen interns from the Biological Materials and Processes Research Experience for Undergraduates (BioMaP REU) program will present posters highlighting their summer research project.
Retirement reception: Barb Stotts
Barb Stotts is a systems analyst for IT Services. She has worked in the department for more than 21 years. A short program will begin at 2:30 p.m.
Dance social
The ISU Ballroom Dance Club hosts free Friday dance socials when ISU is in session. Singles welcome. Dress is casual.

Complimentary reception for graduates and their guests, at the ISU Alumni Center (just across the parking lot from Hilton Coliseum), immediately following commencement exercises. Cy will be available for pictures, and refreshments will be served.
