Webcast: OA (Open Access publishing system) Beyond APCs
Participants from around the world will discuss the possibilities of an OA system of publishing that is low/no cost to researchers or readers. The webcast is sponsored by the University of Kansas Libraries along with SPARC, the Open Access Network and Allen Press. The webcast is part of a two-day international symposium at the University of Kansas. All faculty are invited to attend.

Celebrate the g-scale RG Express train as you join miniaturist Pam Messer for a whirlwind workshop to create a ½-inch scale scene inspired by ISU's Memorial Union Ballroom windows, the Campanile, and Reiman Garden's Christina Reiman Butterfly Wing.
Walk-in Argentine Tango
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4-5pm, moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week along with techniques for dancing better. From 5-7pm, the dance floor is yours for dancing under the guidance of Valerie and working with different partners. An intermediate level figure will also be introduced during this time.
