Craft of the Month: Scrabble Tile Pendants and Magnets
Using patterned paper create a glossy tile that can be turned into a pendant or magnet. Walk in during open hours the month of September.

Artful Yoga
Build strength, endurance, and balance in a yoga class that will leave you feeling relaxed and centered. Behind all of those sore muscles you may find patience, peace, and a stronger mind/body connection. No yoga experience is necessary, but please bring your own mat. This free yoga practice is sponsored by the University Museums and Recreation Services.

Drawing Class
Take this opportunity to learn and develop drawing skills, whether you are a beginner who likes to doodle or an artist with experience. Students will be guided through a variety of exercises to enhance your drawing technique including: line, perspective, light and shadow, and composition, while developing hand-eye coordination and confidence.

Screenprinting Class
Learn an inexpensive way to create custom t-shirts. Using your own design, learn to make a screen with the photographic emulsion method. Bring in your shirts and print away! This class is required in order to use the Workspace screenprinting equipment on your own.
Unplanned Pregnancy & the Choice for Adoption - Catelynn & Tyler
Catelynn and Tyler shared the story of their teen pregnancy and decision to place their daughter, Carly, up for adoption on MTV's "16 and Pregnant." Now students at Baker College, the couple speaks frequently in support of adoption. They discuss their sacrifice in order to give Carly a better life; the role of family, friends, and counselors in their decision; and their choice for an open adoption.

Eric Andre is an up-and-coming comedian who has appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. He also appears in the recent blockbuster The Internship. Doors at 8:30 p.m.

Plant Pals
Join us and cultivate a garden at Reiman Gardens. We are going to grow huge vegetables like giant pumpkins, tomatoes and sunflowers, as well as beautiful flowers. Each session has hands-on activities to interact with all the wonderful plants that we enjoy and eat. Classes are great for kids of all ages to participate in with an adult. $2 for members. $6 for the general public. Iowa State University students pay 15% off member price.
"Picnic on the Plaza:" College of Liberal Arts and Sciences
The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is hosting "Picnic on the Plaza" for all LAS students and friends. Enjoy free food, student club displays, music, a photo booth and more. In case of rain, the picnic will be held in 302 and 353 Catt Hall.

Paint Your Own Pottery: Mug Night
Join us for a fun exploration of techniques in "painting" bisque. We have mugs of all sizes and styles for your favorite beverage ready to be personalized by you. We will have samples for inspiration but your own ideas are always welcome too. Studio fee is $4 for ISU and $5 for public to attend plus the cost of the bisque you select.

Beginning social ballroom dance lessons, hosted by the ISU Ballroom Dance Club. Class meets once weekly for 11 weeks. No partner required.
