The mittens are double-thick with a soft interior liner and the stranded pattern on the shell. The project will introduce intermediate knitters to a variety of techniques: stranded knitting, i-cord cast on, and reading colorwork charts. Knitters taking the course should have some familiarity with knitting in the round and increasing and decreasing. A materials list will be provided upon registration.
