Alice Tangerini, staff illustrator for the botany department at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of History, will speak and do an artwork demonstration. Hosted by the Biological/Pre-medical Illustration Club.

Alice Tangerini has served as staff illustrator in the botany department at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of History since 1972. In addition to illustrating, her duties include managing and curating the department's collection of botanical art.

Tangerini will speak and do an artwork demonstration from 2 to 5 p.m. today in room 252 Design. Hosted by the Biological/Pre-medical Illustration Club, her presentation is free and open to all.
