Tickets go on sale Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 12PM. American Express cardholders are able to purchase tickets during an exclusive pre-sale on Thursday, November 29, 10AM- 10PM. Iowa State University Students will receive a discount code mailed to their ISU email address with prices at $32- Floor; $25- 100/200 Level (limit 1 per ID) and public/faculty/staff tickets will be available at $39- Floor; $32- 100/200 Level; available at all Ticketmaster locations, ISU Athletics Ticket Office, www.ticketmaster.com and (800) 745-3000. All tickets will be honored as general admission.
Passion Pit is an American electro-pop band from Cambridge, Massachusetts, formed in 2007. The band consists of Michael Angelakos (lead vocals, keyboards), Ian Hulquist (keyboards, guitar), Xander Singh (synthesizer, samples), Jeff Apruzzese (base, syth bass), and Nate Donmoyer (drums). All of the band members with the exception of Angelakos, attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Their most recent album Gossamer which was released on July 20, 2012 peaked at number 4 on the US charts and number 2 on the US alternate charts, fueled by the single Take a Walk which peaked at number 5 on the US alternate charts. On October 13, Passion Pit performed on Saturday Night Live as the musical guest.
Matt & Kim are an indie dance duo residing in Brooklyn, New York. The group was formed in 2005 and is composed of Matt Johnson (vocals/keyboards) and Kim Schifino (drums). They are known for their do-it-yourself attitude toward their music. Matt & Kim released their most recent album on June 22, 2012 Lightning that peaked at number 10 on the US Indie Charts. Best known for their gold single Daylight on their 2009 album Grand.
