"ISU Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching's Role in University Teaching," Ann Marie VanDerZanden, Director, Center for the Excellence in Learning and Teaching and horticulture professor.

CELT's mission is to support, promote, and enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning; encourage scholarship of teaching and learning; communicate the importance of teaching and learning to both internal and external audiences; and serve as a catalyst for learning-centered education. Ann Marie will talk about the formal and informal ways ISU instructors teach and CELT's new initiatives.
