Many people work in a care-giving setting and/or perform care-giving tasks for others on a regular basis and often don't realize how the repetitive stress affects them. Caring too much can seem overwhelming, leaving us feeling drained and helpless. While the effects of Compassion Fatigue can cause chronic and cumulative stress, learning to recognize and manage symptoms is the first step to managing and maintaining our health.

- Explore signs, symptoms and dynamics of Compassion Fatigue
- Assess areas for self-care and support
- Explore tips to "shift gears" from listening to processing detailed work activities
- Introduce Resiliency Skills to manage the impact of Compassion Fatigue
