ISU Catering will provide a buffet dinner as well as a cash bar.
The buffet features a Midwest tailgate theme with seasoned grilled chicken breast with bakery fresh bun, BBQ pork with bakery fresh bun, creamy kale slaw, house made potato chips, vegetarian baked beans, assorted sandwich toppings, and condiments
