A women's leadership event focused on developing female leaders for higher education. A preconference workshop on negotiation will be held April 4 (2:30-6:30 p.m.). Register online for both.

"Lifting as We Climb" is the conference theme, embracing the mountain of leadership complexities that women encounter during their climb in academia. Participants will gain an understanding of the paths and obstacles women leaders in academia have experienced in order to embrace opportunities when they present themselves or foster opportunities for others when in a position to do so.
