Phoenix-based "visual wizard" Timmy Ham spreads positivity and inspiration through design and adventure. Watch a live demonstration as he creates a street art-inspired mural to commemorate First Amendment Days 2019. Students can express themselves on a chalkboard wall under the tent. A Q&A session is planned when the art is revealed at 2:30 p.m. Part of the First Amendment Days celebration.

First Amendment Days
Now in its 17th year, Iowa State University's First Amendment Days is the longest running continual First Amendment celebration at any U.S. university. It's organized by the First Amendment Committee, which is made up of members from the Greenlee School of Journalism and Communication, the Iowa State Daily Media Group and the Leo Mores Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists.
