A fun, safe and family-friendly opportunity for children (grades preK-8) and their families to get in the spirt of Halloween. It will feature carnival games, face painting, treats and a costume contest at 5 p.m.

The best costumes in the following categories will receive a Halloween prize: funniest, scariest, cutest and most creative.
