Join a panel of experts as they discuss the changing face of farming in Iowa, in conjunction with the exhibition Compelling Ground.

With Hannah Breckbill, Shelley Buffalo, Dr. Angie Carter and Patti Naylor

Join a panel of experts as they discuss the changing face of farming in Iowa. Panelists will include academics and practicing Iowa farmers who will examine the history and future of indigenous, queer, and female farmers working the land while developing more sustainable farming practices in Iowa. Building upon the meditation on the landscapes, environments and peoples from the exhibition Compelling Ground, this discussion will be moderated by Associate Curator Adrienne Gennett.

This program will be held as a webinar and participants must register in advance. Registrants will receive the program link via email several days in advance to the event.
