Six Tuesday sessions at noon, beginning June 28. Practice yoga outdoors with Ames Parks and Recreation instructor Wendy Herrick.

Classes will focus on breath and movement, resulting in a flowing and mindful practice that stretches and strengthens to bring balance to body and mind.

Participants are responsible for bringing their own mats to class.
Registration with prepayment is required by Monday, June 27.
