Claudia Kinkela, senior program officer in the NEH's Division of Research who served as the team lead for the NEH Fellowships Program for over a decade, will introduce NEH funding opportunities, provide tips for writing a successful application, and talk in-depth about NEH Fellowships, which has been her main area of focus for the past 15 years. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

In collaboration with the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH)

Dr. Kinkela will offer one-on-one meetings with up to 12 registered faculty members who are actively working on NEH grant proposals. These are private appointments and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and require a short (no more than one page) project description. You may request a meeting with Dr. Kinkela to review your application materials when completing your registration at the link below.

This workshop is open to faculty and staff at Iowa State University as well as other institutions across the region. Attendance is free but registration is required.
