Sunday Tours: Bilingual "Arte Cubano"
Journey through the exhibition "Arte Cubano" and learn about the varied artistic expressions found in contemporary Cuban art. Spanish translation by the students of the course Culture and Community: Iowa and Midwest Latino/as.
Argentine Tango Lessons
Valerie Williams This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4-5pm, moves for beginners are introduced with different partners for practice. From 5-7pm, the floor is yours for dancing under the guidance of Valerie, and for working with different partners. An intermediate level figure will also be introduced during this time.

Honeycomb Wall Shelves Class
Make a set of three hexagon shelves to create a honeycomb pattern. With strong lines, and a nod toward the great outdoors, these will be a great addition to every hive and home.
Open Spaces
Open Spaces was developed as a way to create face to face interaction here on campus. It provides community members a chance to learn a new skill or share a talent of their own. Any person with a specific skill (dance, music, sports) is invited to teach these skills to the others for free. The idea is to promote cultural understanding and to break the borders between people. All are welcome.

Concert: Elizabeth Moen
Elizabeth Moen lures you in with her sultry and intoxicating voice and, paired with her introspective lyrics echoing both bitter and sweet, Moen's music will then both captivate and stay with you. Hailing from the small town of Vinton, Iowa, Elizabeth taught herself how to play guitar as a teenager. She has toured throughout the US and Europe, both headlining and as support for artists.

Monsters in the M-Shop
The University Library will close out Open Access week with two public domain movie showings in the M-Shop. The science fiction films include "Wasp Woman" (1959) and "A Trip to the Moon" (1902). The first 10 audience members in costume will receive a $5 ISU Dining gift card. Popcorn and beverages will be provided.
