Forestry Club: Tree and wreath sale
Students in the forestry club will sell Christmas trees and holiday wreaths. Proceeds support club activities.

Argentine Tango Lessons
Valerie Williams This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4-5pm, moves for beginners are introduced with different partners for practice. From 5-7pm, the floor is yours for dancing under the guidance of Valerie, and for working with different partners. An intermediate level figure will also be introduced during this time.
Cyclone Cinema: Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
Actor Rick Dalton is struggling to find meaningful work in a Hollywood he's not familiar with anymore since starring in a 1950s television Western. His neighbors, however may be able to help him out in his Hollywood career. Then the story leads to an eventful night with the Mason family.

Home Gardening Series: Accessible Gardening Raised Beds, Mobile Beds, and Tabletop Gardens
There are many ways to adapt the garden for access starting with appropriate grades and paving, careful selection and placement of planters, vertical gardening techniques such as hanging baskets and larger raised beds, and much more.

Lecture: Agricultural Phosphorus and Food-Energy-Water Security
Dr. Andrew Sharpley is an international authority on assessing, managing, and remediating the impacts of agricultural management on soil and water resources. His research investigates the cycling of phosphorus in soil-plant-water systems in relation to soil productivity and water quality and includes the management of animal manures, fertilizers, and crop residues.

CODAC Fall Sale
First day of fall sale of work by students in the integrated studio arts (undergraduate) and integrated visual arts (graduate) programs, sponsored by CODAC (College of Design Art Club). Work may include ceramics, prints, photos, woods and textiles. Most items will range in price from $5 to $150. A majority of proceeds go to the student artists; the rest help fund club activities.

Submitting Proposals with a Subrecipient
In this session you'll learn practical ways to work with subrecipients (i.e. subcontractors) and collaborators during the proposal preparation and submission process. We'll talk about effective communication strategies and and how to manage timelines so that the process is as smooth and successful as possible.

Design Expo: Mechanical engineering
The expo showcases the work of mechanical engineering students in semester-long design projects. ME 270 projects aim to support economic activity in developing regions. ME 415 projects are industrial-sponsored projects giving students a hands-on experience solving applied industrial problems. ME 466 projects connect mechanical, electrical and aerospace engineers in the solution of a single design problem.
Nature at Noon: Optical Illusions
Enjoy a presentation about optical illusions and perception from Xander Toftness, a Cognitive Psychology PhD student at ISU. Xander is one of Reiman Gardens' 2019 Science Communication Fellows.
