Free dance social, hosted by the ISU Ballroom Dance Club. No partner required. Dress is casual, but indoor shoes or socks must be worn in the studio. Social ends at 9:45 p.m.

Flight breakfast
Annual fly/drive-in breakfast hosted by the ISU Flying Cyclones. Breakfast (pancakes, 8-11 a.m.) and lunch (gyros, 11 a.m.-noon) are $5. Other activities include airplane, helicopter and glider rides, and skydiving (weather permitting). Club info and planes on display.

Join Beej Nierengarten-Smith, current artist-in-residence and former director of the Laumeier Sculpture Park in St. Louis, Missouri, as she takes you on a tour of selections from the Art on Campus Collection. This tour will focus on works of art located on central campus and Beej's personal experiences with the artists and consulting on the acquisitions of the art. After 15 years as dean of the College of Design, Mark Engelbrecht will step down from his post in June 2009. In this presentation, he will reflect on his 50-year relationship with Iowa State University (beginning when he was a student in the 1960s) and offer his vision for the college's future.
