Artful Yoga
This practice will enrich your yoga experience by going beyond the physical and inviting an artistic perspective to your awareness. This month we will focus on postures inspired by animal movement. Please arrive early for a discussion on the month's topic beginning at 5:15. The practice will begin at 5:30. No yoga experience is necessary, but please bring your own mat.

Youth Program: Caterpillar Club
If you like Kids Story Time, you'll flip for Caterpillar Club! Please join us for winter storytelling twice per month, from October to March. Each gathering features a theme as we read aloud two or three books, and wrap up with related cooperative activities and crafts great for groups and individuals alike. Materials are intended for children ages two to seven years old, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Let's hang out together!

Workshop: Swirl Painted Flower Pots
Join Natalie Buskohl, artist and gardener, for a fun, informal, and a little bit messy painting activity to turn a flower pot into a swirling work of art. We will use large buckets to drip and swirl paint, then dip each flower pot for a unique effect. Bring your friends and make it a painting party. Flower pots and materials included, but please dress for the mess.
