Lecture: Basics of Molecular Immunology
"How Our Bodies Fight Infection: The Basics of Molecular Immunology," Amy Andreotti, ISU biochemistry, biophysics and molecular biology. Her research is in molecular immunology, specifically how the principles of physics can be used to understand the 3-dimensional shapes of those molecules that control our immune response.

Last day to file a Designation of Repeated Course form for a first half-semester course that is not an automatic designated repeat.
Drop course deadline
Last day to drop a first half-semester course without extenuating circumstances.
ISU Honor Orchestra
This festival is to provide an opportunity for high school string students from across Iowa to participate in an intense and exciting weekend of music making. Dr. Jacob Harrison, newly appointed Director of Orchestral Activities at Iowa State University and Assistant Professor of Music, will conduct the ISU Honor Orchestra. The ISU Honor Orchestra and the ISU Symphony will be performing a joint concert.
Pass/Not Pass deadline
Last day to change a first half-semester course to or from Pass/Not Pass. Courses changed to graded basis after Jan. 25 count toward total allowable P/NP credits used for graduation.
