Artful Yoga
This practice will enrich your yoga experience by going beyond the physical and inviting an artistic perspective to your awareness. The practice will begin at 5:30 with a brief talk connecting the current exhibition to the yoga practice. No yoga experience is necessary, but please bring your own mat. Petersen to Neri: The Figurative Tradition at ISU

University Museums Director Lynette Pohlman will discuss the ongoing figurative tradition in the permanent collection beginning with the Regionalist sculptures of Christian Petersen to the abstract works of art included in the current exhibition "Manuel Neri: Ambiguity, Mystery and Allure".

Art + Issues: Building a Campus Community
The University Museums exist to celebrate the diversity of our cultural heritage and through art teach critical thinking and generate dialogue that helps to build an inclusive campus community. Topics that relate to current events will be presented and attendees are encouraged to bring other discussion topics with them with a goal of generating understanding in a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space.
