"A Biorenewable Evolution of Soywax in Encaustic Painting," Barb Walton, ISU art and design; Toni Wang, ISU food science and human nutrition; Hui Wang, ISU postdoc; and Larry Johnson, ISU Center for Crops Utilization Research. They will explore the synchronicity and synergism of their individual research through collaboration; what they have learned from each other and what potential lies ahead.

Planetarium shows will start at 7 pm, 7:45 pm and 8:30 pm. Free tickets for the shows will be available at the door starting at 6:30 pm. The shows are suitable for all ages, and are followed by a star-gazing session (weather permitting).

Diwali Night
Come celebrate the annual Indian "Festival of Lights" with ISA's Diwali Night program, with great dances, musical numbers, skits and other cultural programs, all run by students! Open floor dancing will follow the program at 8 p.m., as well as a catered dinner.
