Sweeney Todd vows revenge and Mrs. Lovett finds a way to increase her sales of meat pies. With music by Stephen Sondheim, this musical won the Tony for Best Musical. Event held in cooperation with ISU Music.

Though he is often known as "the gentle sculptor," Petersen gave much attention to the subject of warfare.
