Girlpool is a folk punk band from Los Angeles, California. Its members are Cleo Tucker and Harmony Tividad. Their opening act is indie rock band Lala Lala.

The annual Dance Scholarship Gala Concert features Orchesis I student dancers, local dance artists and the San Francisco-based Deborah Slater Dance Theater. Proceeds from the event benefit the ISU Dance Scholarship fund for dance majors and minors. Tickets are available at the door.

The Symphonic Band is an 80-member ensemble that explores traditional as well as contemporary works by composers such as Percy Grainger, Malcolm Arnold, Gustav Holst, Ralph Vaughan Williams, and Leonard Bernstein. The Concert Band performs a variety of rich literature and approximately 100 students take part in this group.
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance.

Send Silence Packing is a nationally recognized traveling exhibition of donated backpacks representing college students lost to suicide each year. The program is designed to raise awareness about the incidence and impact of suicide, connect students to needed mental health resources, and inspire action for suicide prevention.
Celebrate students that had artwork accepted into this juried exhibit, and hear comments from the juror. Awards will be announced including Best of Show, Merit, Honorable Mention and the MU Purchase Award.
Bob Dylan and His Band makes their only stop in Iowa. The Nobel Prize Award winner and legendary musician will be joined by Mavis Staples.
Open mic night gives students the chance to show off their talents to their fellow students. Many are musicians, comedians, and poets. So come on out and show us what kind of talents you have. (Sign Up starts at 7:30 p.m. until all spots are filled)

With Marston Hall reborn and reopened, it is a perfect time to enjoy the wonderful Art on Campus Collection in the College of Engineering that inspires those who study, work, and visit the College. A night that takes you back to December 4, 1956 when four of the biggest names in early rock 'n roll - Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Johnny Cash - gathered together for an impromtu jam session at the legendary Sun Studios in Memphis.

The Iowa Statesmen, one of the region's leading men's choirs, was founded by Dr. Rodde in the fall of 2000. The ensemble specializes in the performance of traditional and contemporary male chorus literature.
