3. Purpose of the Meeting - Spencer Hughes
The purpose of this town hall meeting is to provide Iowa State students and other interested persons with factual information regarding the Kingland Campustown Project. We intend to provide detailed information about the project and answer questions from students and any other interested persons.

Kingland Systems - Todd Rognes
-- Kingland opened the first office in 2001
-- Renovated and moved to the previous Ames Theater in Campustown in 2004
-- Expanded the operation into an adjacent Campustown building in 2007
-- Acquired nine additional buildings in Campustown from the Champlin family in 2012
-- Met with Campustown Action Association, Ames Historical Preservation Commission and the Ames City Council in 2013
