40th Anniversary of Earth Week - Get Your Green On, Wednesday Highlights
Take part in a number of "green" events to celebrate Earth Week. Highlights for Wednesday include a book swap and used magazine sale at the Union; Jax Outdoor Recycle Gear Earth Day Promo; Sustainable Lunch with ISU Dining; Sigma Kappa Inherit the Earth Fundraiser (featuring plants, flowers, and cookies); and the Mustard Seed Community Farm volunteer planting event.
Campus forum: Veterinary Medicine dean search process
Members of the search committee, including co-chairs Susan Carlson (associate provost) and Labh Hira (Business dean), will discuss the search process and solicit input for the position announcement. Faculty, staff and students are welcome.

Lecture: Food Science and Humanitarianism
Alex Buchanan is a food scientist who has developed such products as infant foods and high protein biscuits for use in developing countries and disaster relief. Buchanan is the recipient of the Rotary Foundation Global Alumni Service to Humanity Award.
