This workshop will teach you several powerful features in OpenRefine and you will learn to document your process to effortlessly apply the same steps to similar data. This tool will lead to cleaner data with fewer oops and more woo-hoo. This is a beginner level workshop, and no prior experience is needed. A Windows, Mac, or Linux computer is needed to participate.

We will cover the basics of Boolean Operators and break down citations to their basic ingredients. During the workshop, we will have a live demonstration on how to use both general and subject-specific databases.
