Concert: Mr. Softheart, Poly Mall Cops, Blanky, and Virga (Post-punk/ Shoegaze)
Named an "Artist to Watch in 2024" by Iowa Public Radio, Mr. Softheart has drawn comparisons to Suicide, Viagra Boys, Nick Cave, LCD Soundsystem, and The Cramps. Their sound blends post-punk, new wave, dance, and experimental elements, culminating in a setlist of "moody meditations" centered around lead singer Nick Fisher's wry poetics and arch stage persona.

Fired Ink Art Fridays
Create swirls and blurs of vibrant color on glass using alcohol inks and a little bit of fire. We will seal the design and slip it into an 8 x 10 frame for an instant masterpiece!
Cyclone Stampede Rodeo
Hosted by ISU's Rodeo Club, this event features college athletes from the Great Plains region of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association. There are two shows on Saturday.
Performance: Chanticleer
"Music of a Silent Room," with Chanticleer. The Grammy Award-winning 12-singer vocal ensemble will perform music by William Byrd, Heinrich Isaac, and Max Reger; new arrangements of Tom Petty's "Wildflowers" and Lawrence's "The Weather;" and a commissioned piece by Chanticleer composer-in-residence Ayanna Woods.
ISU AfterDark
Students are invited to the Memorial Union from 9pm-1am to participate in a variety of free activities that include bingo, entertainment and a novelty activity.

Performance: 'Mania' ABBA Tribute
ABBA's timeless songs were written to be enjoyed live and MANIA gives you exactly that. Two hours of uplifting, dance inducing and sometimes heart-breaking songs, fully live with fantastic staging, lighting and effects. The show recreates ABBA's sound perfectly. Blake Delaney from Vinyl Cafe will be the preshow speaker in the Celebrity Cafe at 7 p.m.

Monday Monologues series
A performance by the Jubilee Gospel Choir, a treble and bass vocal group providing space for singers and musicians. The choir enjoys exploring other genres derived from gospel like jazz and R&B. Jubilee performs on campus and in the Ames and DesMoines communities and is open to anyone who enjoys listening to, singing and/or playing gospel music, with no choir experience required.

Indigo Dye Drop-In Craft w/ Sarah Cady
Artist, scientist, and plant aficionado Sarah Cady will walk you through the steps of dyeing with indigo, a natural dye that ranges from light to vibrant blue. Choose from t-shirts, bags, hats, scarves, and pillowcases, and use traditional Shibori tying techniques to create interesting patterns on the fabric.
