ArtWalk with Beej Nierengarten-Smith
Join Beej Nierengarten-Smith, current artist-in-residence and former director of the Laumeier Sculpture Park in St. Louis, Missouri, as she takes you on a tour of selections from the Art on Campus Collection. This tour will focus on works of art located on central campus and Beej's personal experiences with the artists and consulting on the acquisitions of the art. Meet Beej outside the East entrance to Morrill Hall.
Artist's Lecture: "Intimate Beauty"
Beej Nierengarten-Smith is a contemporary printmaker and multimedia artist, specializing in photolithography, Japanese woodcuts, digital images and etching. She will provide a first-hand account of an artist's journey through the worlds of printmaking, subject matter, and interpretation, and will give the audience a unique look into the life and creative process of an artist.

Stars Over Veishea: "Gypsy"
The ultimate stage-mother, Rose, pushes her two daughters into show business; the younger is talented and pretty; the older is shy and does not receive much attention.
