Open forum: Faculty experience work group
Members of the faculty experience work group will provide a high-level review of results from the COACHE and Campus Climate surveys and solicit ideas for maintaining and improving a positive faculty experience at Iowa State.

Workshop, Negotiating for Success: Strategies, Tools and Skills for Faculty
This workshop will share simple but effective negotiation skills participants can use in their professional and personal lives to persuade, enrich and maximize their potential. Negotiation and conflict resolution don't have to be "avoidable" aspects of our lives. Light refreshments will be served. Registration requested.

Conference: Taking the Road Less Traveled
A one-day conference for middle school (Oct. 25) and high school (Nov. 8) girls to learn about STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) fields and how to infuse their passions within a career. Participants will attend interactive sessions to explore STEM opportunities, hear from professionals and WiSE student speakers, and eat lunch with undergraduate STEM students. Preregistration required.
