Workshop: Sustaining Academic Pipeline
Workshop One: "Transitioning From Graduate Student to Faculty Member for Faculty of Color." Speakers at the event will include: Brian Burt and Sarah Rodriguez, assistant professors in the School of Education; and Shannon Coleman, assistant professor in food science and human nutrition. All are welcome to attend this five-part workshop series.

A weeklong celebration of the College of Human Sciences will take place Sept. 26-30.
HS Week: Cherry pie sale
Cherry pies will be sold for $2 each. Customers are encouraged to bring their own containers if buying multiples. Any unsold pies will be available for the rest of the week, for purchase, during the Joan Bice Underwood Tearoom's normal meal time, 11:50 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Payment options include: cash, check, or intramural.
Pizza lunch fundraiser
Join the College of Human Sciences for lunch to help raise money for the United Way of Story County campaign. Get a slice of Jeff's Pizza, a pop and fruit for $3. College T-shirts will be on sale for $10, with proceeds going to the United Way.

ISU Dining and Culinary Science Club is hosting a nutrition and cooking class. Learn how to prepare a healthy meal, how to safely handle foods, and receive tips on nutritional grocery shopping. Limited to 50 students.
