Fashion Week: Worn Wear College Tour
Patagonia's Worn Wear tour stops at Iowa State. Worn Wear celebrates the stories we wear, keeps gear in action longer through repair and reuse, and recycles garments when beyond repair. Bring any clean, damaged clothing to Worn Wear, and Patagonia will repair it for free. Items are not excluded to Patagonia-branded clothing.
Fashion Week: Worth it Wednesday
Displays, giveaways, raffle and T-shirt sale. Participants include PCI, Finesse Somerset, Finesse Campus, Studio 7, Serenity Couture, Student Wellness (BeWellHut) and BEIDA (Body Image and Eating Disorders).
Lecture: Internet of Food
Matthew Lange, professional food and health informatician and research scientist at UC Davis, is helping to define and shape a new scientific discipline known as Food Informatics, while simultaneously enabling the engineering of a computable infrastructure for the burgeoning Internet of Food.

Ribbon cutting: Forker Building
Celebrate the completion of $7.4 million in renovations to the Forker Building, including new labs, offices and student spaces. Remarks will be given at 3 p.m. inside the building's west entrance by Department of Kinesiology Chair Philip Martin, College of Human Sciences Dean Laura Dunn Jolly, and President Wendy Wintersteen.
Retirement reception: Clark Ford
Clark Ford, associate professor of food science and human nutrition, is retiring. A program will begin at 4 p.m.
Fashion Week: Fashion's Night Out
A celebratory evening with live music and meet the guest designers from Patagonia. Refreshments will be provided.

The Fashion Show
The Fashion Show 2017 is in its 36th year, and is one of the largest student-run fashion shows in the nation. The show features student-designed garments both on the runway and in mounted exhibitions. This year's theme is "Resilience," with guest designers from the Patagonia company.
