Independence Day Fireworks
Reiman Gardens is open all day on July 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to the conclusion of the fireworks display which is across the street from the Gardens. The Young Professionals of Ames, the City of Ames and Iowa State University is excited to present the fireworks.

Haiga: Poetry and Painting
4-week program beginning Thursday, July 5, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Exploring the art of haiga, a style of Japanese painting that often accompanies a haiku poem, this crash combo course will offer two sessions of haiku, and two sessions of brush painting.

4-week program beginning Saturday, July 7, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Join Creative Department artist Yvonne Brune for a 4-week watercolor course examining butterfly wing patterns, floral interaction, and movement.
Willow-Framed Painted Tile Wall Art Workshop
Paint a clay tile in a beautiful wash of color and build a willow frame around it with local artists Pam Dennis & Ryk Weiss.
