Training: "How to Write a P&S Position Description"
University human resources is offering training on "How to Write a Professional and Scientific Position Description" in conjunction with the new PeopleAdmin 7 system training. Anyone who writes or assists with writing position descriptions is encouraged to attend. Training is offered weekly beginning Aug. 26 through Nov. 24. Roundtable: Creating Engaging Online Modules using Softchalk(TM)
To accommodate diverse learning styles as well as access to mobile content it has become increasingly important to use multimedia and instructional tools that enhance lessons. Rano and Lesya will showcase how they use Softchalk(TM) to expedite the course design process with online modules for blended/online courses.

Four-part workshop will cover the basics of photography including equipment, how to use it, depth of field, aperture, light, composition, finding your subject and tips and tricks.

ClubFest
ClubFest is an opportunity for students to browse through 200+ of the over 800 clubs and organizations to find out how to get involved on campus. Although there are over 800 clubs and orgs on campus, a large sample will have booths with informational hand-outs and giveaways to highlight their club and recruit new members.
