SVPP - Re Thinking Resilience...Coping in our Everyday I
The first session will focus on defining stress, identifying signs and symptoms of stress and understanding the role we may be playing in creating our own stress. Three quick easy coping techniques to manage stress will be practiced and participants will be provided a stress assessment (profile) to take with them to complete prior to the second session.

While workplace bullying has an enormous toll on individuals, it can cost colleges and universities billions of dollars. This webinar will review the cost of employee disengagement to higher education. Further, Dr. Leah Hollis, author of Bully in the Ivory Tower, will offer specific case studies in which the bully created a threat for the organization with bullying behavior (breaking external policies and legislation).
Gallery Talk: Art + Issues
This gallery talk will use art as a launching pad for a community discussion on campus issues. The current exhibition is focused on the democratic process of commissioning public art for the Art on Campus Collection and will be the foundation for our discussion. The program will include a guided looking exercise, followed by an open-ended dialogue which will draw upon the art in the exhibition and the issues raised by the attendees.
