The aim of the symposium is to spur on a 'One Health' campus initiative that promotes the health of humans, animals and plants and how the health of these organisms is interconnected. Invited speakers include Dr. Roger Mahr, CEO of the One Health Commission; Dr. Josephine Briggs, director of NIH's National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine; and several ISU researchers.
