Workshop: Working in ezFedGrants
In this session, you'll get detailed instructions on how to navigate the USDA ezFedGrants system, which is currently used by APHIS, Foreign Agricultural Service, and will soon be used by NRCS and other USDA agencies. You'll learn how to obtain system access, prepare and submit applications, and manage progress reporting. You'll leave with some practical tools and guidance that will help you work with the system.

Workshop: Records Management for Student Organizations
The decisions you make and the records you create as a member of a student organization shape the history of the University. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of physical and digital records management to ensure your organization's history isn't lost or erased. The knowledge and skills you gain in this workshop will empower you to share your story from your perspective by creating, collecting, and preserving your records.
Retail Ready Summit
"Leveraging AI: Working Smarter in Retail," industry innovators will share retail success stories and strategies. Panelists include Tyler Valladolid and Tyler Parker, both from Abercrombie & Fitch; Josh Streets from Scoreboard Group; and Ames small business owners Patrick Bergstrom, Bethany DeVries, and Eric Abrams. Registration requested for in-person or virtual attendance.
Workshop: Getting started with LaTex and Overleaf
This hands-on workshop uses the Overleaf editor to demonstrate the basics of LaTeX. Attendees will work through examples, experiment with common features, and take away a list of additional resources that can be used after the workshop to explore further.
Workshop: Intro to Geospatial Humanities
This introduction to GIS for the humanities will present the basic concepts, data sources, and tools for mapping and spatial analysis. Participants will create a map using ArcGIS Online.
Retirement reception: Thelma Harding
Harding, director of graduate enrollment management in the Graduate College, will retire from the university on April 1 after 33 years of service.

Cyclone Cinema: Wonka
Cyclone Cinema is presented by the Student Union Board and showcases a variety of film genres, screening a different movie every weekend Thursday - Sunday during the semester. Sunday film screenings are in open caption format. All other screenings can be open caption as well, as long as the request is made to the staff prior to the movie starting.
Concert: The Wildwoods (Folk / Americana)
The Wildwoods, led by Noah and Chloe Gose with bassist Andrew Vaggalis, offer a soulful exploration of American roots music. As recent finalists in the 2023 FreshGrass and Gems on VHS' "Gems in the Rough" competitions, their evolving sound is showcased in 'Foxfield Saint John' (2023), blending intricate chords and emotions.
