Understanding Today's Landscape of Iowa Farmland by Corby Fichter of Farm Credit Services
As a leader and a lender who is employed by one of the largest agricultural lenders in Iowa, Farm Credit Services of America, Corby Fichter, would like to share many facts and facets of our Iowa farmland landscape. He will talk about the factors that drive investors and owner/operators to purchase land. He will talk about land ownership trends and how agricultural cycles help determine land values and return on investment.
