It was developed this fall by a committee of the Transfer and Major Change Learning Community in the food science and human nutrition department. Illustrator Scott McCloud is known for his print and web comics, including Google Chrome. His other creations include the 24-Hour Comic, The Morning Improv, and the 1980s series ZOT. He is equally recognized for his theoretical work on how comics function as form of visual communication, including his book Understanding Comics. The Annual Goldtrap Lecture.
