Earth Day Tree Planting
Friday, April 22 will be the 41st year anniversary of Earth Day. Plan to join the staff at Reiman Gardens with Warren Madden, Vice President for Business and Finance of Iowa State University, arriving to plant a tree and join in the Gardens' festivities.

Seminar: "Changing the Way We Teach, Why We Should and How We Can"
This seminar is open to the university community. The presenter is William Wood, Distinguished Professor emeritus at the University of Colorado, Boulder; and co-director of The National Academies Summer Institutes on Undergraduate Education in Biology.
Cultural Night continues CANCELLED! Andrew Garcia
Andrew Garcia was a Top 10 finalist on season nine of American Idol. He is also an advocate for people of color pursuing careers in the arts. arcia was recently featured in the American Idols LIVE! Tour 2010. Part of Asian Pacific American Heritage Week. The Cultural Night program begins at 7:00 p.m. and features a varieties show, followed by Andrew Garcia's presentation. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
