SCAVMA Scamper 5K/10K Run/Walk
The College of Veterinary Medicine will host its 33rd annual SCAVMA (Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Association) Scamper 5K/10K run/walk. This is a dog-friendly race and competitors are encouraged to bring their canine companions. Entry fee includes chip timing, a race T-shirt, post-race refreshments and an entry for one of several door prizes.

Bob Schneider is a fixture on the Austin, TX music scene, having kicked around for years in various bands before embarking on a solo career in 1999. Born in Michigan and partially raised in Germany, he dropped out of the University of Texas at El Paso to front his first band, the funk and rap outfit Joe Rockhead.
