Our annual Day of Insects brings together professionals, academics, advocates and enthusiasts of all levels from across the country to explore and celebrate entomology (the study of insects).
Bleach Pen T-Shirts Walk-in Craft

10:00 am - 4:00 pm @ The Workspace at the Memorial UnionBring in a t-shirt, leggings, pair of jeans or chambray shirt and grab a bleach pen. Free-hand a design or make a pattern with shapes and marks to turn something drab into something fab.
Fundraiser: Chess to Impress with David Jiles

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm @ Parks Library lobbyCo-hosted by the ISU Chess Club, this event is a fundraiser for Students Helping Our Peers (SHOP), the on-campus, student-run food pantry. Jiles, Distinguished Professor of electrical and computer engineering, will play against multiple opponents (as many as 12 contests simultaneously).
Cost: Suggested donation of $5 to challenge Jiles

Referred to as "the Gentlemen of Hip-Hop," FLY is pure fun -- youthful energy, risk-taking movement and clever choreography set to a mix of surprising musical selections ranging from Vivaldi to Michael Jackson.
