Kimberly Garza is the founder and principal of Atlas Lab, a landscape architecture, urban design and public art studio based in Sacramento, California. She will discuss the role of tactical urbanism and urban prototyping in engaging communities, creating authentic experiences and empowering designers to improve the built environment using low-cost, small-scale strategies.
