Professional and Scientific Council seminar series
"Non-diet, Weight Inclusive Approaches to Well-being: Learn how to establish food freedom and body liberation," Alison St. Germain, student wellness dietician. Learn sustainable ways to nourish and respect your body that promotes food freedom through Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size principles. Explore myths and truths around nutrition and health and leave the presentation with resources for further study and exploration.

Martin Luther King Jr. Community Birthday Celebration
Attend in person or watch live online. Jeff Johnson, the Lora and Russ Talbot Endowed President and CEO of the ISU Alumni Association, will serve as the keynote speaker. The Ames Human Relations Commission will present its annual Humanitarian Award.

Bookmobile: Ames Public Library
In partnership with the university library, the Ames Public Library's Bookmobile has a regular Thursday stop at Iowa State on its weekly route. Ames Public Library items for all ages can be checked out, returned or reserved in advance for pick up.
