Started in Ames in 2001, The Envy Corps played their first show at the M-Shop as part of the Bi-Fi Records showcase. The band eventually found themselves taking their midwestern version of British rock to the UK itself, signing with Vertigo Records, touring the UK feverishly and releasing Dwell in 2008.
